Why Lilith ?
Lilith is the spirit of wind, the fire of creation, the serpent that transforms. The first human with a soul who dared to say no.
She claimed her autonomy, her desire, her voice. Today, she stands as a symbol of equality, instinct, and authentic power. Her archetype reminds us that real change begins with intuition, deep truth, and connection to vital life force.
From this rebellious spirit, Lilith Lab was born — a laboratory that empowers invisible values: the instinctive, the relational, the creative, the sensitive, and the deeply human. Values often labeled "feminine" or "soft" — as if that made them less essential. They are foundational. Without them, nothing flourishes.
It is time to transform the structures that no longer serve us — and imagine something more just, conscious, and human. Lilith Lab supports those who cultivate these values: helping them revalue, make visible, and transform them into real force for change.
We do not want a system where the economic excludes the human. We want a new paradigm: regenerative, inclusive, sensitive. Not by rejecting the economic — but by integrating the human as its foundation.
The Founder
LORIN ELINE KAMPERMAN
I am a strategist, facilitator, and founder of Lilith Lab.
My work — and my natural talent — is moving through complexity to bring clarity, coherence, and direction during moments of transition.
I help identify the essence within complexity: asking precise questions, clarifying priorities, and translating emerging ideas into structured decisions.
My approach integrates analytical thinking with embodied awareness. I work with both strategic frameworks and group dynamics, supporting teams to align vision, roles, and action.
Having lived and worked across countries and sectors, I operate at the intersection of culture, sustainability, and social innovation — fields I believe are central to long-term societal development.
In my personal practice, I integrate movement, dance, and somatic listening. In my work, this translates to presence, grounding, and attention to what's unspoken.
From Barcelona, I work internationally with initiatives reshaping how we create, collaborate, and generate impact.
